Abstract :
Services, coming from multiple independent innovations, contribute significantly to the dynamics of contemporary societies. Most often, they owe their emergence to intense, interdisciplinary, inter-institutional, and often international collaboration. In particular, such collaboration must concretely at the service level, consider the relationships between the private and the public, including making services compliant to the regulatory framework, consequently precipitating profound societal changes. The background of this article is societal dynamics by means of services and its aim is to explore how to make these innovations sustainable and efficient, how to clarify the roles of public sectors and private sectors and how to help the societies to overcome their challenges by virtue of service science with responsibility.
