Abstract :
This work deals with model matching by output dynamic feedback in switching linear systems. Namely, given a switching linear plant and a switching linear model, the problem consists in finding a mode-dependent, switching linear regulator that achieves exact matching between the response of the given plant and that of the model, for any admissible input, by means of dynamic feedback of the plant output. A necessary and sufficient condition for the problem to have a solution is shown. A complete computational procedure for the synthesis of the regulator is given. Stability of the closed-loop switching system has been taken into account.
