Abstract :
This paper proposes the load-side acceleration control for 2-inertia resonant systems. Firstly, an I-PD torsion torque control system is implemented in this paper in order to suppress torque vibration, and regulate driving torque in load-side inertia. Secondly, this paper constructs a load-side disturbance observer, which is capable of estimating disturbance torque in the load-side. Finally, the I-PD torsion torque control and the load-side disturbance observer are combined to realize the load-side acceleration control. By numerical simulations, this paper confirms that the load-side acceleration control proposed in this paper is normally operated.
