Abstract :
Researched a non-contact optical measurement system, in order to meet the requirements for the accurate measurement of the inside dimension of tubular parts, the system mainly consisted of the optical ring generator, the total reflection prism and the CCD camera. Ring laser emitted by the optical ring generator was reflected onto the inner surface, formed a ring spot that its size reflected the inside dimension of tubular parts at a particular cross section, then it was reflected by the gathering prism and formed an image in the photosensitive surface of CCD camera, the inside dimension of tubular parts could be obtained by processing and calculating the image. Experiment showed that the system could efficiently and quickly measure the inside dimension of tubular parts, simultaneously, could ensure the high precision.
