Abstract :
Diabetes is one of the more common endocrine diseases. Non-invasive blood glucose measurement is a focus of research and development in the world. Using the near infrared transmission spectrum to measure the absorbance changes of blood glucose concentration, and choose the spectrum band contained glucose characteristic peak to set up the mathematical model, so as to obtain the blood glucose concentration. The precision and accuracy of the analysis results will be inevitably affected in case of using the original spectrum signal to make the quantitative analysis. Therefore, it is necessary to eliminate the noise in spectrum signals when using near infrared spectroscopy for quantitative detection. In this paper, the wavelet transform de-noising method is applied in non-invasive blood glucose concentration measuring to obtain the useful information.
