Abstract
Chemical industrial accident is a complex system which evolves forward with the time passing. It is important to recognize the characteristics of accident evolution at different time nodes and the emergency decision-making will be improved scientifically and targeted. With respect to the characteristics of chemical industrial accident, the method of chemical industrial accidents evolution and ratiocination based on cellular automaton method is proposed. Hazard bearing body of fire in chemical industry zone can be represented into cellular automaton and main attributes of the cellular automaton were under consideration including flammability, combustion coefficient, wind coefficient and air humidity. The cellular automaton model with two dimension eight neighbors was proposed and scenario evolution chain can be established based on time series. The real-time information of the fire macroscopical expansion process will be provided in different conditions to the decision-makers.
