Abstract :
Surveillance ship plays an important role in spaceflight TT&C network with characteristics of integrated measurement and flexible deployment. With fields like space tracking and control innovating fast, there will be much more new and difficult tasks for ships. To make a better use of surveillance ships, it is worthy to study how to scheduling and planning missions of future surveillance ships. The paper try to analyze current demand and practical constraints. A flexible objective function with multiple principles is designed. A CSP model for mission planning and scheduling is established.
