Abstract
Increasingly modern organizations are confrontedby changes. Often these changes can be best characterized ascrises. Information is the key resource with which organizationscan get a better grip on these changes. Yet, information is alsorapidly changing. Information management has to be preparedto deal with issues arising around these changes. This article willshow that learning and adapting in such a dynamic context is fardifferent from the more traditional focus on transferringknowledge from teacher to student. The theory of Systemic Constellationshelps to better understand the dynamics of learning inthe increasingly dynamic environments.
