  • Abstract
    This paper has designed a set of industrial raw material automatic discharging devices based on PLC(Programmable Logic Controller). The details of design device were described. Its design is divided into the theory design, the peripheral device structure design, the circuit design, the controller software design, design of mechanism and so on. According to the requirements of actual working condition, we built hardware equipment, complete electrical connections and program, and finally made a physical device. Prototype test demonstrated has precision, stable performance, and high reliability, it can improve production efficiency. These parameters meet the requirements of discharge environment. This design provides reference for similar industrial application situation.
