Abstract :
Extraction speech signals is being more and more important in variety fields such as mobile communication and fire fighter´s communication. ICA(Independent Component Analysis) method is based on independence of source signals whose conditions are satisfied in firefighters´ speech signals and noise signals. The aim is to restore fire fighter´s speech signal from the array of microphone. These microphones are mounted on the left and right sides within the firefighter´s mask. This paper proposes the ICA based speech method for firefighters to separate firefighters from the noisy environment and enhance the environment for them. The method simplifies the noise reduction system and increases the real-time performance. The paper presents the algorithm and discusses the principle algorithm, and presents the valid results.
