Abstract :
Present paper describes the analysis procedure of cross-guide waveguide broad wall slot to work as a coupler at X-band. Design has been carried out over the modification of standard Moreno cross-guide coupler for an investigation of power coupling with different slot parameters. Design optimization at X-band has been carried out by taking one slot as variable and contribution of field on the other slot has been observed. Analytical expression for couplers has been deduced to obtain optimized design analytically and complied with simulation result.
