Abstract :
According to the present pre-commercial operation stage of the Chinese electricity market situated unbundling generation market, the paper proposes the design rule of scheduling daily generation under an open partial unbundling generation market (DSGUP), and introduces functions and characteristics of main functional modules of DSGUP, and an operating flowchart. The field test in a certain provincial electrical grid shows that the DSGUP has the characteristics of small calculation amount, speediness and strong practicability.
