Abstract :
An approach for active power generation dispatch among the units with pool purchase price is presented in this paper. Based on power flow analysis, the approach considered the effect on the network losses caused by the power flow from the resources to the users, so the dispatch schedule according to the pool purchase price should be corrected by the network losses distribution. The approach embodies a justifiable competition among the generation units in electricity market condition. This improves the dispatch rationality. Tested samples show that the conclusion is more reasonable.
