Abstract
Starting from an existing computer code based on an extended transmission line theory a software has been developed which allows to calculate the interaction between incident electromagnetic fields and comparatively complex cable bundles consisting of different cable types whereby arbitrary shielded multiconductor transmission lines can be considered. Up to now single shielded lines have been simulated. This paper shows results obtained by simulations and measurements in a GTEM cell for complex cable bundles consisting of unshielded and shielded transmission lines, single conductors and coaxial cables. Simulation and measurement results will be compared and discussed
