Abstract
A four-way all-metal-waveguide power divider has been developed for millimeter-wave/THz array application. The power divider was realized by an E-plane Y-junction and two H-plane T-junction structures. To concatenate the two H-plane T-junctions to the outputs of the E-plane Y-junction structure respectively, good phase and amplitude balance of all output ports are guaranteed by its structure symmetry. According to EM simulations, the simulated -20dB return loss bandwidth is from 94.1GHz to 104.1GHz, and good amplitude and phase balance are observed in the operating band. The proposed structure has the properties of high splitting efficiency, efficient heat sinking and high power capacity.
