Abstract :
In this paper, a novel Reverse-Microscope system (NRMS), consists of a diffractive lens (DL) and a small lens array (SLA), is proposed and analyzed by a two-dimension finite-difference time-domain (2-D FDTD) method. Comparing with conventional Reverse-Microscope system (CRMS), the proposed NRMS has many advantageous, such as light weight, low absorption loss, high resolution, and so on. Numerical results show that, the novel imaging system has good imaging performance. The numerical methods have also been verified by the relative experimental results.
