Abstract :
A novel 2D imaging algorithm is presented for stepped-frequency radar imaging systems. By solving an optimization problem which enforces targets sparsity, a 2D image with better resolutions can be obtained by using the undersampled data through 2D - SL0 minimization algorithm. This method can greatly reduce the data amount at both frequencies and rotation angles. Imaging results from both simulated and experimental exhibit the increased performance on resolutions comparing to the traditional 2D-FFT method.
