A new slotted waveguide using a resin hose with metallic coating

We propose a slotted radio wave hose for use as a new waveguide. The design parameters of this slotted radio wave hose differ from the standard waveguide. In this study, we focus on a design for the 5.8 GHz band. We also use a simple masking tape method in our trial to confirm that the radio waves radiate from the slots, and compare the simulated propagation characteristic evaluation results with those from actual the measurements.
