Abstract :
A comparison between the new scheme of 1st Mur´s absorbing boundary condition and the MEI method based on the finite difference method has been made in this paper. The numerical examples show that the new discretized scheme of 1st Mur´s ABC has a better efficiency for large complex scattering problems.
