Abstract :
Triplers working from 220 GHz to 330 GHz, 330 GHz to 510 GHz using Spin-on-dielectric Temperature Enhanced Reflow Technology are successful designed. Details of the design methodology for the integrated full band triplers on the quartz substrate are discussed.
