Abstract :
We derive a relationship between quality of data reconstruction, data transmission rate, and integration decay rate for a stochastic transmitter and integrating receiver. We find that reconstruction of stochastic data requires expense of time and dynamic range at the receiver. We have designed a simple receiver based upon these results
