Abstract
The accuracy of blackbody calibrator has a significant importance on the radiometer system. In this paper, the reflectivity of the blackbody calibrator in different structure parameters in THz wave range has been simulated. Based on some well known commercial material, the relationships between the reflectivity and the structure parameters of pyramid arrays such as height-width ratio, dimension size and base thickness have been analyzed. The results may provide a good guidance in the designing and testing high performance blackbody calibrator in THz wave band.
