Abstract
In this paper an X band 2×8 half mode SIW resonant transverse slot antenna array is designed. The power divider and the radiating slots are designed integrated with compact structure. The results show that the band is about 3.8%, and maximum gain is about 13.5 dB. The antenna beam scans with frequency. The maximum gain direction deviates from the normal of antenna with 42° at 9 GHz.
