  • Abstract
    It has been our great pleasure to extend a warm welcome to all the attendees of the 9th IEEE International Conference on Advanced Networks and Telecommunications Systems (IEEE ANTS 2015) held in Indian Statistical Institute, Kolkata during December 15?18, 2015. In the previous three years, IEEE ANTS was held in Bangalore (2012), Chennai (2013) and Delhi (2014). We hope that IEEE ANTS continued its tradition of providing a forum for fruitful exchange of ideas among the participants from academia, government organizations and industry coming from different countries of the world.
