Abstract

The authors call this new value and service the "business-model". The category of business opens up a new market by this business model and grows. This research analyzes cases in the growth of a corporation and the category of business by creation of a new business model. First this research conducted a case study about convenience stores. Secondly, this research conducted a regression analysis of a market growth model, in which the business-model is assumed to be created, and quantitatively confirms the creation of the business-model. In the case analysis of this research, the creation of a new business-model is considered to be one of the important factors of market growth. The creation of a new business-model means an appearance of new demand. This research conducts a regression analysis of a market growth model, in which a business-model is assumed to be created, and quantitatively confirms the creation of the business-model
