Abstract
One must consider the environment for utilization of information. The most important factors for information oriented management are human resources. Especially, they are the most important factor to decide strategies of enterprises by managers and high ranking employees. This paper summarizes information literacy for technology development in regard to the linkage of enterprises in active use of information technology, function and role of information in product development and cooperative technology development
