A Dynamic Billing Model on Massive Data Analysis Platform

Massive data analysis platform is a cloud-based service platform, which mainly provides users with a variety of data analysis services. How to find a reasonable billing model is becoming a critical problem. In this paper, we first discuss the requirements of the platform to determine the key factors for billing. Then, using pay-as-you-go billing strategy, a Service Level Agreement (SLA)-based dynamic model is designed, where customer satisfaction serves as the primary factor of the model. Finally, some simulations are conducted to show the effectiveness of the proposed model.
