Abstract
A Shooting-Newton for steady-state simulation of Radio Frequency (RF) circuits is presented. The method is based on high order A- and L-stable Obreshkov formula (ObF), and thus allows for a considerable improvement in CPU cost compared to the Backward Euler based approach. As can be seen from the example a speedup of more than 8 can be achieved.
