Abstract
In this paper, the author shows that it is conclusive that e-commerce incorporates explanations of knowledge management theory and of the strategy area also reflecting the demands of the organizations in converting implicit knowledge (not expressed by words) in decoded knowledge, in the search for competitive advantage
