  • Abstract
    A filter consisting of a grating coupler and a pair of distributed Bragg reflectors on a waveguide on a transparent substrate shows a narrowband reflection spectrum with phase variation. Reflection phase of the CRIGF varies 2n or smaller than n. The variation is discussed in terms of structural parameters.
