Abstract
We proposed the hybrid Raman enhancement of graphene epitaxially grown on 4H-SiC using surface enhancement of gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) with micro lens effects. The monolayer AuNP film with 60-nm thick enhanced the Raman intensity of graphene 2D-band with specific region (~10 μm square). Moreover, micro beads on the AuNP film additionally enhanced the Raman intensity.
