Abstract :
Measurement of fine-particle-size is important in spray systems, Minimum Quantity Lubrication, and weather observation. Introducing the recent progress of imaging-technique, the authors developed the portable measurement system. For overcoming the shortage of dynamic-range of imaging devices, the event correlation was adapted. The growth of droplets in fog was experimentally measured.
