Abstract
The Accelerated Inkjet Mastery (AIM) workshops, a series of workshops designed to accelerate the professional development of the technical staff at Hewlett-Packard´s Inkjet Technology Platforms, successfully completed the overall objective of training ten percent of the technical staff worldwide over a two-year period.
