Abstract
This paper propose to build a food/feed industry cluster for Yucatan in Mexico; finding its basement on remarkable growth of meat, poultry, seafood, and hospitality and tourism industries. The method selected starts from knowledge of isolated industries, identification of trade between industries and identification of subjects of specialized needs and requirements for services and knowledge, finally conducting Potter´s determinants analysis for national competitive advantage
