  • Abstract
    The paper describes the background, approach and results with current highlights of the geographical knowledge map initiative. The initiative is an effort of some Europeana partners to reuse cultural heritage metadata for geolocation services to enable map-based browsing and queries, spatial analyses and navigation through European cultural heritage.
