Abstract
This paper presents the Output Characteristics of Two-Switch Flyback converter operating in continuous-conduction mode (CCM) and discontinuous-conduction mode (DCM), obtained by a theoretical analysis including the leakage inductance. An accurate output characteristics provide precise parameters to optimize the converter design, reduces the time design and mitigate the losses from prototype rebuilt. The previous literature reports an idealized output characteristics or presents an incomplete results from theoretical analysis. The output characteristics behavior, principle of operation and wave forms including the leakage inductance effect of the Two-Switch Flyback converter, are presented in this paper. Theoretical analysis is validated by experimental results.
