Abstract :
The incorrect way to apply today´s multimedia technology to English course curriculum in higher education sometimes brings mismatches and impropriations. These mistakes include underuse, overuse and abuse of multimedia terminology and methodology. In order to restore the equilibrium between regular linguistic teaching and multimedia technology using, it is necessary to develop a new paradigm of college English teaching. In this paper, we present our approach which helps to leverage the technology use and contents of lecturing.
