Abstract :
We propose an original procedure for integrating a RX/TX front-end. A dual operating mode function (mixer/modulator), based upon a CPW magic-Te, is developed. A global synthesis technique is then considered in combination with 3D integration techniques for achieving bandwidth requirements and design flexibility. The complete RX/TX module is presented.
