  • Abstract
This paper reports a biresonant structure of piezoelectric energy harvester (PEH), which consists of two cantilevers with resonance frequencies of 15Hz and 22Hz, The vibration amplitudes of two cantilever-mass structures produce strongly coupling with increase of acceleration. The experimental results show that the operating bandwidth is broadened to 14Hz (14Hz-28Hz) at the acceleration of 1g(1g=9.81m/s2), And the peak power can be 0.35μW at a relatively lower operation frequency of 16Hz at 1g. Simulation indicates that the PEH can realize broaden band gap, hence significantly improves the vibration-to-electricity conversion efficiency.
