Abstract
This paper deals with a class of Networked Control System with time delay when the actuator failed because of the multiplicative fault. The mathematical model of the system is discretized. Based on the bounded real lemma of the discrete system, fault-tolerant controller of exponentially stable is to be designed. Then working out the state feedback matrix by using LMI toolbox, to prove the effectiveness of the controller.
