Abstract
In order to predict the far-field leakage level of the electromagnetic field radiated from the electronic equipment inner aeroplane cabin, the near-field to far-field transformation by near field radiation measurement data of the electric field is introduced in this paper. By modeling different planar near-field electric field measurement, the far field radiation pattern and the electric field based on the near field measurement is deduced. The half wave dipole antenna array as a radiator is used for the simulation of the uncertainty of measurement coming from all kinds of error sources. Compared with the theoretical calculation value, the simulation result shows the effect of the truncation error and the position error in a planar sampling measurement, and provides a helpful analysis for the error compensation in planar near-field measurement.
