Abstract
This paper is aimed to study an electromagnetic wave (EM) diffracted from corners of thin material coated metallic surface. EM diffraction from corners of a star-like patch of a print circuit board (PCB) is performed to study the behavior of the EM diffraction from corners by using numerical results obtained from CST Microwave Studio. This study will lead to patch up the development of the UTD solution for EM diffraction by edges and corners in material coated PEC planar configuration.
