Abstract
Graphene has extremely high thermal conductivity which can be used as a great heat spreader. The novelty of this work is to propose an optimized shape of heat spreaders with less temperature than others researchers´ data. The simulation result has varied by COMSOL software with the various shapes of heat spreaders and to select an optimized shape. This paper is demonstrated the inclusion of several hot spots at three locations for analyzing the overall temperature distribution. An optimized shape has been achieved by changing shape´s architecture to make more efficient thermal management system of these heat spreaders. This proposed shape has less temperature than the reference shape of other researcher. The temperature distribution of all shapes has also been correlated and discussed with the size of these shapes.
