Abstract :
This paper presents a boost converter designed for energy-harvesting wireless sensor node which works in duty cycle operation. This boost converter is based on charge pump using XFAB 0.35μm process. A 2.5μA voltage detector is used to control the operation of the whole boost converter. Post simulation shows this boost converter can pump output voltage to 2.3V from 0.9V input.
