  • Abstract
    Based on entropy theory, this paper quantitatively evaluates the order degree of C4ISR system structure in view of the timeliness and quality of information flow, establishes the timeliness-quality model for evaluation of C4ISR system structure, and presents detailed steps for calculation of the order degree of timeliness and quality. In addition, instance analysis is conducted of the two simplified C4ISR system structures to verify the validity of the method. In conclusion, this paper provides a scientific quantitative analysis method for the evaluation of C4ISR system structure.
