Abstract :
Objective: Recombinant plasmid of pPIC9K-afp84. Methods: Afp84 gene was amplified by PCR and cloned into pUCm-T vector. Double enzyme digestion for the expression vector afp84 of pPIC9K gene in Pichia pastoris. Results: the target gene fragment was obtained by PCR amplification, and the recombinant plasmid pUCm-T and afp84 were obtained by pUCm-T-afp84 and afp84. Conclusion: eukaryotic expression vector pPIC9K-afp84 was successfully constructed, which is the basis for the expansion of the production scale and the nature and application of the antifreeze protein TmAFP84.
