  • Abstract
    A class of quantum hydrodynamic model of steady-state bipolar semiconductor equation with viscous term is discussed in this paper. This model contains third-order quantum correction and second order viscous term. There is little discussion on the bipolar model. This paper considers a class of bipolar quantum hydrodynamics equations with a special viscous term. We prove that, in the case of isothermal or isentropic, the equations have a positive solution for all current density.
