The Analysis on Application Effect of a Provincial Modern Distance Education Management Information System

Based on the effective evaluation of goal-centered information system, we evaluated the effect of a provincial modern distance education management information system with questionnaires and interview by comparing the degree of realization of the objectives. The study found that the provincial modern distance education management information system could save time for annual inspection of network academies and learning centers, and that each subsystem achieved the desired objectives. At the same time, there was still further improvement for the system on ease of use, stability and data mining, etc.
