  • Abstract
    Cloud computing is one of the hottest topics in recent years, from the initial Iaas (Infrastructure as a Service) to Paas (Platform as a Service) to Saas (software as a service), the scope of cloud computing continue to expand the bottom up, bringing people´s lives profound changes. Compared with the ordinary desktop, cloud desktop has the advantages of high security, high flexibility, high resource utilization, low operation cost and so on. With the development of virtual technology, the combination of remote desktop and virtual operating system makes the cloud desktop more mature. Design a cloud desktop management system, to achieve unified management and maintenance of cloud desktops is of great significance. This paper first discusses cloud desktop and Cloud Stack, elaborates the technology in cloud desktop deployment, and finally put forward to achieve the system. The main research work are as follows: Firstly, this paper analyzes the deficiencies of Cloud Stack as a cloud desktop management system. And then this paper completed the overall system architecture design. The system architecture is based on PHP CI framework based on Cloud Stack cloud platform for dynamic resource allocation. Secondly, this paper discusses the key technologies about the cloud desktop system. Thirdly, this paper carried out the detailed design of the system. Lastly, this paper tested the system prototype.
