  • Abstract
    With rapid development of IT, GIS technology in the field of preventive medicine has been an unprecedented application. Emerging epidemics of the 21st century pose a serious threat to security of human life, strengthening epidemiological surveillance, early warning and forecasting and to take timely preventive and control measures rapidly have very great significance. In this paper, combine GIS spatial analysis with epidemiology, choice "SARS" as the research object, it is designed that the development framework, main function, interface, spatial database and property Database of the surveillance platform.
